3. Annual Membership Fee is also illegal under The Direct Selling Act 1993. Direct Selling Companies are only allowed to collect a one-time Lifetime Membership Fee at the point of joining. There are also no multiple membership fees for a single individual or entity. An individual or any single entity should only pays for membership fees once.

4. However, monthly maintenance is allowable under The Direct Selling Act 1993 and is widely practiced in all direct selling companies.

5. Direct Selling Componies are also allowed to collect any subscription fees for company news letter but distributors should be given the choice / option to subscribe or otherwise.

6. Anyone of age above 18 years old are eligible to apply to become A TIT Distributor. The company will process the application and upon approval, the new distributor is required to pay a Lifetime Membership Fee of RM38.00. A Stater Kit is given which consists of A Folder, Company Profile, Marketing Plan, Product List, Price List, Brochures and Catalogues along with other things.

7. I must follow all the Rules and Regulation in the Sales Partner Agreement and The Company Policy which will change from time to time.

8. The company reserved the right to terminate my agreement should I am found to have violated The Sales Partner Agreement or The Company Rules and Regulations.

9. I will be responsible for all Goverment Taxes whenever applicable. All agreement made shall be governed by The Laws in Malaysia or Individual State or Local Laws unless otherwise stated.
